Homeownership Program
With Affordable Mortgages
With community partners and donors, we build homes and provide pathways to affordable home mortgages, especially because the 2024 median home price in Powhatan is $467,000, according to the Virginia Association of Realtors.
If you would like to help offset our building cost, please donate here.
Read below to learn what is required for our homeownership partnership program and what to expect during the application process. Check back in 2026 when we reopen applications for our Homeowner Partner Program.
