Affordable Mortgages
With community partners and donors, we build homes and provide pathways to affordable home mortgages, especially because the 2024 median home price in Powhatan is $467,000, according to the Virginia Association of Realtors.
While the application period for our home partnership program has not yet opened, we are hosting two free informational sessions -- one on Feb. 15 and another on March 8. Registration is below.
